The restaurant location was perfect, with easy access to public transport and the city centre. The bed and pillows were comfortable, with soft towels in the clean bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was satisfying with delicious egg Benedict and fresh orange juice.

We recommend this hotel to our family and friends without hesitation. Although the staff worked hard to deliver a great experience, they could benefit from having a few more members on the team, particularly during breakfast time.

The staff were friendly and worked hard to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with all the amenities we needed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep. The hotel also offered a wide range of services, including room service, dry cleaning, and housekeeping. We particularly appreciated the welcome drink upon arrival, adding a special touch to our stay. the level of service and comfort provided by this hotel was truly exceptional.

It is worth mentioning that the breakfast service could be improved. There seemed to be a shortage of staff during this time, which resulted in longer waiting times.

The venue is overall clean, with ideal location close enough to takeaways, Chinatown, bars/restaurants. Staff are brilliant and I appreciated their attitude. In fact, there is free internet. Outstanding and well presented food, terrific service.

The hotel had excellent WiFi connection and provided nice touches such as a Bose sound system and a Delonghi pod coffee machine. The staff were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Manchester for a few days. The location was perfect, close to canal street and the Chinese quarter, and within walking distance of the town hall and other attractions. The room was a good size with a comfortable bed and had all the amenities we needed, including an iron and board. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they even stored our luggage after check-out so we could continue exploring the city. it was a lovely stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

As bike riders, we appreciated the secure bike storage facilities and the convenient location near bike rental shops. The hotel also offered complimentary maps and guides for cycling routes in the area.

This hotel is conveniently located next to a tram line to hop on and is close to the Christmas Market at the town hall which was lovely. Staff was kind and helpful. Bed was massive and comfortable. Rooms were large with plenty of storage.

I also loved the toiletries provided and the convenient steam machine substitute for an iron. The staff at the reception were friendly and cute, and I really liked the open desk concept in the foyer.
